PQA/Packaging Specialist

About the job

Job Summary

Maintain acceptable packaging performance in order to keep product integrity, quality, people OHS & Environment through proper supplier development and innovation, support key quality assurance objectives relevant to process capability, food safety and risk assessment.


Key Duties/Responsibilities

Packaging

Conduct an annual supply risk assessment in coordination with packaging team. 

Develop/execute risk-based engagements plan with the suppliers. 

Arrange, conduct, and report supplier audits. 

Coordinate and execute authorization testing for new or modified packages. 

Investigate and troubleshoot pack defects, ensure supplier CAPA are effectively requested/implemented to prevent recurrence. 

Revise packaging related internal documents for adequacy and compliance to applicable requirements. 

Upload packages/their suppliers’ data to PICASSO for authorization and data completion. 

Establish and maintain a technical communication network with suppliers for prompt interference / collaboration. 

Develop, track and communicate TIPs for new package introductions or modifications for either technical or commercial reasons and lead its implementation. 

Monitoring and controlling packaging materials Certificates of Analysis/Conformance in coordination with Lab. 

Support Operations on day-to-day packaging related activities. 

Ensure CPS operational/QFS requirements are clearly communicated to suppliers as basis for specifications. Ensure supplier compliance. Verify specs fitness for purpose. 

Coordinate packaging sustainability initiatives implementation as part of packaging global network team. 

Process Quality Assurance 

Monitor Temperature/RH compliance to applicable requirements for both inbound/outbound items. 

Contribute/lead problem solving sessions for product related non-conformance 

Conduct/report scored GMP plant performance 

Track and measure process capability indicators for both liquid and dry part resources e.g.: CpK, PpK.

Job Requirements

B.SC Engineering, Science, Pharmacy or equivalent 

At Least One year of related experience

Technical packaging experience. 

Projects management skills. 

Strong negotiation, follow-up, and presentation skills. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Computer literacy (SAP Q Notes, MS applications, PICASSO, Windows platform) is a plus

Environment general knowledge. 

Food safety & Process quality basic knowledge, e.g. GMP, Process capability, SQC.

About the job

The Role:

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipments of stock, working with brand teams, internal cross functional teams and shipping suppliers to efficiently move stock to the desired locations in line with brand requirements.

Specifically, you will:

- Manage the shipping administration process, including the up keep of accurate records, consolidation of reports, and cataloguing of all shipping data.

- Prepare weekly reports on the status of incoming shipments.

- Check costs from freight forwarders and clearing agents against approved rates.

- Continuously track shipment progress and communicate delays, working closely with the Shipping Supervisor to address any shipment issues.

- Advise merchandisers and distribution centers of incoming shipments.



Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

- Experience working in a coordination or administration role - preferably within shipping, logistics or supply chain departments.

- High school/secondary school certificate.

- PC Literate, with a good working knowledge of Office tools.

Orascom Hotel Management is looking for an E-commerce Executive with minimum 2 years experience in Online Distribution channels.


Key Responsibilities

Upload rates and availability on CRS & OTA's extranet

Maintain cancellation policies and restrictions during peak periods

Monitor the display of rates - check for rate discrepancies in all online channels

Manage availability according to inventory available provided by Reservation department

Prepare monthly production reports

Ensure invoices are paid to avoid distribution interruption

Work with 27 individual hotels part of the chain

Update amenities, images and content displayed on OTA's and on hotels booking engine.

Create and modify data dumps sheets for mapping Channel Manager to OTA platforms

Coordinate PMS (Opera) interface with Synxis CRS system and troubleshoot issues.

Kwentra interface with Site Minder & Synxis CRS system


Qualifications

-Minimum two years experience in Hotels’ Ecommerce department with a knowledge about CRS system channel manager (Synxis and/or Siteminder).


- Highly computer literate: Expert in Excel sheet, Using OTA extranets or other hotel related CRS systems.

Non-operated Joint Ventures (‘NOJVs’) form an important and continuously evolving part of bp’s portfolio with a presence in more than 46 countries. To achieve bp’s vision to ‘become a recognised industry leader in NOJV management’, an NOJV COE team of subject matter experts has been created with the goal of providing help, support, guidance, to bp’s NOJV community. The Senior Carbon and Sustainability advisor will report to VP Carbon and Sustainability RC&S and NOJV CoE and be member of the NOJV Centre of Expertise team and will support the delivery and implementing a multi-year programme to deliver on bp’s Carbon and Sustainability ambitions and aims as they relate to NOJVs.


About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Carbon and Sustainability Advisor to support developing and implementing a multi-year bp NOJV carbon and Sustainability strategy. They will contribute towards design and embed a bp-wide framework for improving the carbon and sustainability competency of bp NOJV-facing staff including Directors, Asset Managers, Risk Process Owners and Business Developers. The role requires deep technical expertise in Carbon and Sustainability across a range of operating activities including oil, gas, solar, wind and transportation.


This is a material role looking to energize a community of 1000+ bp employees who work with NOJVs, so that they share, learn, and adopt NOJV carbon and sustainability best practice for the long-term.


Job Description:

In more detail, some of the key accountabilities are:

Carbon & Sustainability Ambitions and Aims: Lead on the co-ordination of bp’s activity to deliver on the NOJV parts of its Carbon and Sustainability Ambition and Aims and wider Sustainable fit in support to VP C&S.

Lead NOJV C&S and NOJV GHG’s emission reporting and verification approach.

Supports coordination and performance management of relevant Sustainability plans.

Lead the coordination and development of Carbon and Sustainability influencing plans in collaboration with our bp NOJV shareholder teams

Lead on the development of C&S training offer tailored to bp’s NOJV shareholder community.

Industry collaborations: work with VP C&S to provide support in bp’s engagements with NOJV partners and industry bodies

Implement bp’s NOJV Oil and Gas Methane Partnership (OGMP) implementation plan

NOJV C&S Systems and Processes: support the development and coordination of implementation of the NOJV Carbon & Sustainability systems, guides and tools for the full life cycle of Business development, Project, operational phase and Decommissioning.

Track and assure progress of NOJVs against C&S ambitions


About you:

You will have a Degree in a Carbon or Sustainability related discipline, Engineering or Science. It would be essential that you have:

Passion and drive relating to decarbonisation and care for our planet and people.

Deep technical experience in a Carbon or Sustainability role with knowledge of Carbon & Sustainability and regulatory systems, standards, and policy in the energy industry.

Strong GHG, Carbone and Methane skill

Strong people skills, influencing skills and emotional intelligence.

أعلنت الإدارة المركزية للتدريب المهنى بوزارة القوى العاملة، عن بدء التدريب المجانى على الوظائف الرقمية (التسويق الإلكترونى) بصعيد مصر للشباب والفتيات بعدد من المحافظات وهى: (أسوان وقنا وأسيوط وسوهاج والمنيا وبنى سويف)، وذلك بالتعاون مـع برنامج الأغذية العالمي التابع للأمم المتحدة WFP، بهدف إتقان الأدوات والمهارات اللازمة لبدء مهنة في التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، تنفيذًا لتوجيهات وزير القوى العاملة حسن شحاتة بالاهتمام بتوفير برامج تدريب مستحدثة على وظائف المستقبل للشباب من الجنسين لتأهيلهم لدخول سوق العمل.

وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان لها اليوم الخميس، أن الإدارة المركزية للتدريب المهنى برئاسة أيمن قطامش أعلنت عن بدء التقديم علي الدورة التدريبية المجانية على الوظائف الرقمية (التسويق الإلكترونى) في 6 محافظات بصعيد مصر وذلك بمراكز التدريب المهنى التابعة لمديريات القوى العاملة بتلك المحافظات، وأن مدة الدورة ٢٢ يومًا تدريبيًّا، ومن مميزات التدريب: إتقان الأدوات والمهارات اللازمة لبدء مهنة في التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وشهادة معتمدة بإتمام الدورة من وزارة القوى العاملة وبرنامج الأغذية العالمي في نهاية الدورة التدريبية ، وكذلك صرف بـدل انتقال نقدي يومـي عن كل يوم تدريبي، مع تقديم وجبات لكل متدرب، وأدوات كتابية وكل ما يلزم التدريب، مع إعطاء الأولوية في الحصول على فرص العمل التي توفرها المديرية داخل المحافظة وخارجها.

وأشارت الإدارة المركزية إلى أماكن التقديم للحصول على الوظائف الرقمية (التسويق الإلكتروني) بالمحافظات كالتالى: بمركز التدريب المهني بالمحمودية بأسوان، وبمركز التدريب المهني بقفط بقنا، وبمركز التدريب المهني بشرق النيل ببني سويف، ومدينة بني سويف الجديدة، وبمركز التدريـب المهني بالمنطقة الصناعية بالمنيا، بمركز التدريب المهني بسوهاج، وبمركز التدريب المهني ببني غالب بأسيوط، ويبدأ التقديم من يوم الثلاثاء 25 مايو، حتى يوم الخميس 1 يونيو 2023، ونوهت "الإدارة" بأن مراكز التدريب التى ستعقد فيها تحتوى على أحدث التجهيزات والمعدات الإلكترونية والتي تساهم في تطوير التدريب في مجال الوظائف الرقمية، كما ان البرنامج التدريبي للتسويق الرقمي يهدف الى التعرف على مبادئ واستراتيجيات التسويق الأساسية التي ستمكن المتدربين من بناء والحفاظ على ميزة رائدة في التسويق، كما يوفر إتقان المهارات المتقدمة لتوليد المزيد من القيمة للعملاء والمزيد من نمو الأعمال من خلال تطوير استراتيجية تسويق متكاملة تمزج بين نماذج التسويق المثبتة مع أحدث الابتكارات.


شروط التقديم للوظائف الرقمية بوزارة القوى العاملة

وحددت الإدارة المركزية في الإعلان عن شروط التقديم في الوظائف الرقمية (التسويق الإلكتروني) التى تتمثل في:

1- الحصول على مؤهل عال.

2- ألا يقل سن المتقدم عن ١٨ سنة ولا يزيد على ٣٥ سنة.

3- يجب أن يتوفر لدى المتقدم اساسيات استخدام الكمبيوتر وأدوات البحث على الإنترنت.

4- يجب أن يتم واجتياز المقابلة الشخصية.

الأوراق المطلوبة للتقديم للوظائف الرقمية بالمحافظات

كما أوضحت الإدارة المركزية أن هناك أوراقًا يجب تقديمها للحصول على تلك الوظائف وتتضمن ما يلى:

1- تقديم صورة من بطاقة الرقم القومي.

2- تقديم صورة من المؤهل الدراسي وشهادة صحية بالخلو من الأمراض.

3- تقديم عدد (2) صورة شخصية للمتقدم مقاس 6*4.

4- تقديم الموقف من التجنيد للذكور وشهادة قيد (كعب عمل).

5- تقديم السيرة الذاتية للمتقدم.


طريقة التقديم الإلكتروني بالوظائف الرقمية

وأضافت الإدارة المركزية انه يمكن ان يتم التقديم على الوظائف الرقمية (التسويق الإلكتروني) الكترونياً أونلاين من خلال QR code المرفق فى الإعلان، ويتبعه رابط لاختبار قبلي، وسيتم إخطار الناجحين للتقدم للمقابلة الشخصية بموعد المقابلات، والتى ستجرى في مقار مراكز التدريب المهنى التابعة للمديريات.
